Your details stay with us.

Hatchnix is a web design, development and SEO agency based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Our team designs, builds and grows websites for businesses in India, the UAE, the UK, the US and Australia.

Every call, message and email you send us is handled personally by our founder and co-lead. Your details don't get passed around a call center.

This page explains what we collect when you contact Hatchnix, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you fill in a quote form on hatchnix.com, or a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we get the details you type in. That's usually:

1. Your name, email address and phone number.
2. Your business name and website, if you share them.
3. What you need help with and the budget range you pick.
4. Anything else you write in the message box.

If you email, call or message us directly, we keep that conversation too.

How we use it

We use your details for one thing: to reply to you about your project. That means sending you a quote, asking a follow up question or setting up a call if you want one.

We don't add you to a mailing list. We don't sell, rent or trade your details to anyone. No spam.

Facebook and Instagram lead forms

If you reached us through an ad, you filled in a form run by Meta. Meta passes your answers to Hatchnix so we can reply. Meta's own use of your data is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy.

Ad links to our site can carry campaign tags in the address so we can see which ad brought you here. They don't contain your personal details.

Where it's stored

Form submissions on hatchnix.com are stored on our own server. Leads from Meta stay in our Meta business account and our email inbox. Only our founder, co-lead and the team members working on your project have access.

How long we keep it

If we end up working together, we keep your details for as long as the project and any invoices need them. If we don't, we delete them within 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we have about you, correct it or delete it. Just email [email protected] and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
